Launch of IT Service Desk Ticket Form in OA System
Office Automation (OA) System is a powerful e-Approval system and information sharing platform. It can improve work efficiency and literally support green environment. After the previous launch of IT Forms like IT System Change Request Form and IT Service Requisition Form, we are now to deploy a new “IT Service Desk Ticket Form” workflow for the sake of better IT service quality. This workflow is to replace the existing Service Desk application – OTRS system. In other words, you will use this new workflow to report and keep track any IT incident and problem. The effective date will be 01 Mar 2018.
A briefing session for the use of the form will be conducted on 26-Feb (4:30pm-5:30pm) and 27-Feb (10:00am – 11:00am). In the session, we will also provide you tips of using IT related forms and workflow.
